Its my believe that if a team tries to aquire wdeber u have to include a top six forward, top 4 d-man, A level prospect or a second, 1st in either 2014 or 2015 minnesto deal would look like this

Nas: Granlund, Brodin, 1st in 2014, 2nd in 2014 or 2015

MIN: Weber

That's a good trade

Weber is not worth half of a team he will not win the stanly cup on his own its a team game

I hesitate to say that's the kind of offer that could actually get Weber out of Nashville because it doesn't totally solve their goal scoring issues, but Granlund could definitely end up being a bigtime goal scorer in the future and Brodin will be a solid dman who is currently making peanuts (very appealing) so its definitely on the right track. Might require a 2nd 1st round pick rather than a 2nd round pick tho. This is easily better than those proposals where 2 dmen are the main part of the deal. 2 solid forwards would be more ideal for Nashville, but how do you pass on Brodin? he's going to be so good.

Weber is worth one roster player one prospect and one pick. period. that's it! All this massive overpayment for that massive contract is why Weber is still in Nashville people.

Let them keep him. Where were they in the play-offs with him??
