Projected NHL Draft

Toronto-Phaneuf, Kadri, gauthier, 1st (8th overall), 1st 2015

EDM- 1st (3rd overall), eberle,

Why?
Edmonton had interest in phaneuf last year and he could help on the blue line. They also get to move down in the draft to pick Haydn Fleury (responsible high potential d-man).

Toronto gets to draft a great centreman in Sam Bennett, Draistl or Reinhart. They could potentially play with Kessel and JVR within the next 2 years. They also get a solid goal scorer in eberle.

Phaneuf, Gauthier, 3rd 2014 = 1st

kadri, 1st (8th overall), 1st 2015 = eberle

Toronto makes room to sign bolland. replaces kadri on second line.

As a Sens fan, I've got to say, you're undervaluing Kadri a fair bit. Maybe Kadri + 1st + 2nd/3rd, but not 2 first, especially high firsts.
