Leafs get a Top 6 Winger that will only help the Leafs

How about making it a little more Cap friendly after looking at my original post.
I would add Franson from the Leafs and Postma and a 3rd Round Pick 2015 from the Jets, so the Trade would be.

i would be quite upset if TOR trades their 1st this year, especially before the season gets going and its unknown how well they will do.

Not terrible value either way, however why would the Jets trade Kane for Ashton (who wouldn't be a reg in the lineup), Reimer (who if they waited, they could have for a song), and picks (which don't help the immediate future at all)?
