i don't see the need for the pick

both offensive defensemen that are useless giveaway machines in ther own end.

also, leafs don't have a 2nd until like 2017 I believe.

Leafs don't have the cap flexibility to make this move and at this point neither is really an upgrade over the other. So it makes little sense for either team.

Given how Toronto has been playing, I don't see Franson being traded. Maybe at the deadline, but that's a big maybe.
