Why I think ottawa needs JACK EICHEL!

yes almost every team in the league could use a player like this but there are some key reasons I think the sens should push to trade for him

1. Ottawa needs a first line center. jack eichel is a big talented kid who is expected to be a top line superstar. I don't think turris , zibanejad or lazar will ever be capable to do it

2. I have heard he is compared to ryan getzlaf and maybe his style of play would get bobby ryan going , maybe he could start earning that 7.25 million dollar contract and him and eichel could be a deadly combo. just an idea

3. ottawa is a young hockey club and could afford to give up young and valuable pieces to get eichel

4. plain and simple the kids a tank lol

i doubt we get the second pick ( mcdavid will go first ) but I think we could make a deal with edmonton or colorado

the potential trades:

edm: zibanejad, anderson, wiercoch, 1st 2015 ( presumably top 10 or maybe top 15 ), 1st 2016 , 2nd 2015 ( dallas)

ott: eichel and fasth

or

col: zibanejad or ryan , wiercoch , 1st 15, 1st 16, 2nd 15 (dallas)

ott: eichel

then I say we sign methot 4y 22.4 mill
trade smith and greening to anyone for some picks
maybe sign some other pieces

is this even possible? is value there? would you do those deals?

We can just trade Andy for some decent pics Phillips legwand for what ever we can get make some call ups and I'm sure we will land in top 5 pick

You undervalue the Ottawa's centers. All of them are first rounders. This trade makes no sense.
