McDavid is a Toronto boy

To Edmonton: William Nylander,2015 1st,Frederik Gauthier, Matt Finn,2015 2nd

To Toronto: 2015 1st round pick

I think the value is there.
Edmonton gets a winger that could potentially play with Draisaitl. A 1st that's going to be around 5-10. A good 2-way center and a good defenseman

Can not see how anyone can trade a player who had the potential to be a franchise player. When your being mentioned in the same breath as a Crosby like player as McDavid has, its a tough sell for Ednonton to trade for that type of impact player
But then again Edmonton has done nothing but mismanage all their young 1st round picks so maybe McDavid pulls a Lindros and refuses to go. wouldn't that be interesting

Really depends which pick the Leafs have. If they have #3/4, I could see the Oilers at least think about it (maybe change Gauthier, Finn, 2nd to 1-2 pieces of more value). But from #5 down, the Oils say no.

That's a lot of young players for EDMs pick, but they're not GOOD players. They're just young. And definitely not McDavid good.

The leafs don't have a 2015 2nd rounder and even Noris wouldn't be willing to gut the leafs top prospects for someone like Mcdavid.

If Edmontons trading there 1st RDP it's gunna be for a Dman ++.

So probably 1st RdP(top 2) for Reilly, Nylander, 1st RDP 2015(top 10 pick)
