What do you think of this idea :

TML : Stamkos + NYR Rangers 2015 1rst round pick

TBL: Kadri + M.Rielly + 4th overall 2015 pick + NAS 2015 1rst round pick.

TBL needs to shed salary in the next two years in order to resign his golden youngsters core (Palat,T.Johnson, Kucherov, Hedman,maybe Drouin if he wakes up. ) and can't afford resign Stamkos without touch his youngster core.
TML earn his Stammer and the opportunity for Babcock to build the new team with a real star who can make shine his teammates and give them more value in order to trade them in the following steps (Kessel,Lupul,Bozak,Phaneuf. ).
Like that Babcock wins time and a real team star to build around!


What do you think about this? Please arguments or make others trade proposal if you reply fellows!!

Why would teAm trade away stamkos? Would the leafs trade him if he was already on their team? Probably not.

No from Leafs? The firsts are not many spots apart that's basically a wash. Kadri is a bum it's basically Stamkos for Riely and 4th overall. Tampa says no to this very very easily. Their D is just fine with Hedman and company and great prospects on the way.

Ima just repost what I said to another Stamkos to Leafs proposal a couple of days ago:

I'm out of words. This is beyond awful on so many levels, unbelievable.

1. You might not be aware, but Stamkos is 2nd in playoff points. 14 points in his last 10 and a 4 game goal scoring streak. Not too shabby. Plus he's an excellent leader.
2. Johnson and Palat have two more years at $3.33m. Kucherov has one more year on his ELC. Hedman has two more years at 4m. They get the 1.6m they retained on Gagner off the books when the new Stamkos contract kicks in. Cap is expected to raise significantly with the new TV deals. There are about 15 other player that would be traded because of cap trouble, before Stamkos would (like Carle, Filppula, Callahan, maybe Bishop some day). After next season, TB will likely be able to trade Bishop's 6m/year because Vasilevski is ready to overtake as the starter. ELCs of young talent like Erne, Vasilevski, Point, Koekkoek, DeAngelo run either another two or another 3 years. Lastly, Yzerman is a genius when it comes to managing cap (and basically everything else as well).
3. Even IF they would even be remotely close to consider trading Stamkos, include JVR and Nylander as well, lol
And wow, how about actually taking a thought before posting stuff, bud. 4th, Rielly, Nylander, JVR is your starting bid and that's still a big no from TB (should be one from TOR as well, since it doesn't make sense for either team).
4. Please, please keep your wet dreams far, far away from this site. It's annoying to read such "posts".

Giving up that much for a pending ufa in 2016 is NUTS! I would rather take my chances in trying to sign him when he is ufa. Yes it is me the one who first proposed a Stamkos trade listen why would you give up half your team for a future ufa Stamkos might surprise you he might sign he might sign here and all you give up is $ 11M x 7 everyone said Babcock would never come here well guess what he did for the$ Stamkos will do the same

@Yep to say Kadri is a bum and has no value is just being very biased against the leafs. Its really no different than me saying that Eberle is just a fill in player for the top 6. But yeah just a bad and ubunrealistic post.

Well I was more so saying that Eberle was a fill in player for the top 6 as a comparison to you saying Kadri was a bum with no value but you can take my comment any way you want I guess :) and yeah I know Eberle has higher value than Kadri
