Maaaaybe gives the Oil some legit goalies to keep them in games. Now just counting on McLellan to improve our defence.

I don't know the direction of Minny but if they want to create more space for all there wingers and get younger with Schroeder and Tuch they could trade Parise for picks. Also gives them a little more cap relief for Granlund, Dubnyk, Dumba, Zucker. Spurgeon can be moved and the spot can be taken by signing Paul Martin.
This gives Edmonton a good top 6 veteran winger which we could really use and a top 4 RH defence man.

-Trade Ference (Retain 50%) for a 4th
-Buyout Niktin
-Scrivens to maybe Dallas for a 4th and 5th
