Detroit : needs the cap space and know they can't keep helm and abelkator
Also get a good yound centre

Colorado : colorado gets a good speedy pk centre to add to they talented young centres
Also they have the cap resign helm without any issues. The 2nd rounder can add to their depth pool

Value is fair but col traded to get him for a reason and believe in his potential not to trade him away and gain cap hit

Roy coached Grigorenko in jr and got the best out of him, I'm certain they aim to get the best out of him again. At the very least they'll attempt to before trading him away again willy-nilly.

Avs won't trade Grigger away. Also as much as I like Henl they don't need him since they just got soderberg for 3rd line C. Also Helm was concussed at practice today
