Ok not sure if this is fair but since Barzal isn't really proven in the NHL.

Montreal trade- Galchenyuk, 2018 1st, 2018 2nd, jordie benn.

Islanders trade- Barzal, De haan

In 3 years Barzal will be better then Chucky, also don't think Isles can afford to move Barzal if they can't sign Tavares. No one else in their system has 1C upside.

Ya easy no from Islanders.
You take out the 1st and they laugh at you.

I honestly don't know enough about Barzal, is he really going to be that good. from my standpoint, it seems like a big overpayment from Habs for an unproven player. but If he is going to be that good, then ya, No from NYI. who would you guys say he is comparable to?

^ He might turn out to be the next Ryan strome u never know that's why unproven players don't hold as much value.

No from Montreal and I love Barzel he's unproven one of those players where he has more value to the organization then to the league. Could be a bust or he could be great.

Barzal's numbers in junior are pretty similar to Galchenyuks. Why overpay for an unproven offensive talent when you already have one 3 years older with a 30 goal season under his belt. People undervalue Galchenyuk so much around here.
