No from Leafs. Tanev is solid and on a good contract, and would look great with Rielly, but he’s made of glass. Leafs are going to need to hang on to as many players as they can who can have a positive impact while on their ELC to maintain cap flexibility once they sign the 3 kids to extensions. Liljegren is their best bet for that on defence.

Hahaha ya Nylander you also think Marner is better than Mathews. That's a bad deal for Tor. They can get Tanev without giving away Liljigren.

Yea let's trade a defensemen that has EK potential but probably will become more of a John Klingberg for a good but 9 year older and slower defensemen that hasn't played one full season yet. No way from Tor. Nylander you should be ashamed of yourself for considering this from Tor lol.
