It hasn't really worked out for Neal in Calgary and the Leafs adding a Power Forward like Neal would be what they need to balance all the skill they have.

Thoughts ?

Neal might be more physical than other leafs forwards but he’s 33 on a 5 year contract and hasn’t looked good. If it was an expiring deal, you take that chance and put him with Matthews and Nylander or something. But not when he hasn’t looked good and has 4 years left taking him till 37 or 38.

Neal did just have his best game as a flame so maybe he's getting settled now.
