LA has a lot of areas to address, mainly speed, I just don’t think a topnpair RHD is where they should invest their assets since Doughty is there for 8 years at $11mill. Also don’t know why blues make this deal. Quick was incredible but constantly injured now. He playbsuch an aggressive style that I think his knees, hips and groin are now paying the price for it. Carter’s a nice add but as a whole package blues say no.

Lol colt gimme a break, carters a 2C. Martinez is a 3d and quick is a starter easily . Stop treating every non blues player like crap.

Carter is old slow and 2-3c, Quick is a great goalie but he is injured all the freaking time. I should know he has been my fantasy goalie for the last 4 years. Martinez is a 3 d fine what ever.

You have Quick and Older often injured goalie a 2-3 old c with a long contract and a 3-4 dman. (see i compromised)

For allen ( who has played better) and the best two pieces in the trade Thomas, a young potential 1c who has been amazing for a 19 yearold and parayko a top pairing rhgd dman with all the tools. FYO he played 28 mins wednight looked good


I am not beeing biased. Your still behurt about the leafs posts. Everyone here on the boards knows blues don't make this trade if quick was 4 years younger and less injured i would jump at it but that's not the case now is it.

its kyrou in the trade, whos worse than thomas.

quick >> allen, even if he is injured, he brings more satbility when he's in the crease than allen ever would.

parayko >>> martinez. Agree with you, parayko is head over heels better. But to call martinez a 4/ 5 d isn't the right thing at all.

carter >> kyrou. carter is a proven asset, 60 point guy when healthy, any team in need of centre dOminance could use that. Maybe kyrou can be better but is a risk.

The Blues don't make that deal. If they are giving up Parayko its for young players or prospects. Kills me to say this but Colt is right here that the Blues say no. But Colt will still be upset at any return they get should they deal him.

Thomas has playe d over 24 games I don't consider him a prospect. Kyrou is up and down he is our best prospect now.
