WPG: 1st Round Pick 2019, Petan, Green, Lipon
STL: Schenn

Blues get a 1st, a young F that needs to be playing daily and two borderline prospects.

Jets get a C that can play up and down the lineup in the hard Western Conference.

Thoughts?

The Jets can't afford Schenn going forward and the Blues would want a better roster player coming back.

so you want a low end 1c center for a 1st and a bunch of crap.

Yeah not thanks. You want a 1c proven center who got 70 pts last year on pace for 50+ points this year on a bad team and with slumping players. For that no thanks. You want to get serious think of Vesalainen.

the 1st and a bunch of crap means nothing.

Honestly we would want Vesalainen.

If we are rebuilding then we want Vesalainen. Honestly you guys don't have very good young d prospects. So i think Vesalinen and Kulikov coming back for cap reasons so it could work like this.

Schenn, Gunnerson/ jaybo
for
Kulikov, Veslainen 20191st

Schenn is the main piece going to WPG. They would also get Jaybo or Gunnerson going back to make money match.

Blues get Veslainen the main piece coming back and a 1st to take on Kulikovs 3 years of 4.3 million as a cap dump. Jaybo and Gunnerson (which ever one they pick) their contracts come off the books at end of year allowing WPG to not have cap issue moving forward. ALso WPG has Sami Niku ready to come up soon. Best for both teams.

No thanks Redwing1. It doesn't work for Winnipeg, we can't afford Schenn next year.

We bring kulikov back at 4.5 for 3 years and you get schenn at 5. How can you not afford it.

Did i miss something that's the best value i think you can get for schenn.

And schenn has had 70 points once. Mid 50s is career average for him.

I wouldn't consider Schenn a 1C. He had one good year. 2C for sure probably middle of the pack.
