Doesn't make sense for Arizona.
Dvorak is one of the best young two-way centres in the league and those picks are going to be extremely valuable. Also, I don't think Kessel can lead a team like Arizona who doesn't have many offensive stars that Kessel can play with.

Also, there will probably be another team that might even offer more for Kessel. Some teams are desperate for scoring.
