As an Oilers fan I really don’t see any scenario where any value is coming back to us in a Lucic trade.

Tyba its not lucic for jost . if oilers att puljujärvi + a first then there has to be value back.

Jost is a bust himself. That’s why Colorado had to get Kadri. They need a center coming back though now that Kerfoot is gone.

Yeah, I guess but that first is conditional and Puljujarvi has proved absolutely nothing at the NHL level. Jost for Puljujarvi is fairly close in value but if add Lucic that’s just a huge loss for Colorado. A conditional first doesn’t really make it fair imo.

I think it’s too early yet to call jost a bust, he’s what 20? He’s got loads of skill just needs to put it together st nhl level too early to call him a bust while playing arguably the hardest position in hockey to play.
