I don't think frolik is a cap dump. He's a pretty decent 2 way forward, usually a .5 ppg player, not flashy but very consistent. His cap hit is only 4.3mil for 1 year, real money made is 3mil this year.

I think Calgary could trade frolik and get a puck or prospect instead of dumping him and a 3rd for a 7th.

Ottawa should send an offer sheet to N.Gusev 3x4.227 M would only cost them a 2nd rounder..... I know it's a lot to offer a guy that hasn't played in the NHL but he has been ripping it up in the KHL Ottawa has a ton of cap space and nothing to lose

He’s asking for less than that as far as I know and Vegas couldn’t match anything really. I don’t know but I’m assuming he can’t be offersheeted because I think he would already have been.
