Winnipeg:
Joshua Ho-Sang
2016 2nd Round Pick

NYI:
Andrew Ladd.

OILDROP

1.) 10 Feb 2016 19:37:16
If I were a Jets fan I would take this but I wonder if the rental market will be high enough to squeeze a 1st rounder instead of that 2nd rounder you mention.

2.) 10 Feb 2016 22:48:11
Pass josh ho sang is garbage.

10 Feb 2016 17:22:59
Edmonton:
Cody Ceci

Ottawa:
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

Edmonton:
Kevin Shattenkirk

St. Louis:
Jordan Eberle
Justin Schultz

In the draft Edmonton drafts a high ranked forward to replace Eberle+RNH.

OILDROP

1.) 10 Feb 2016 18:09:10
Ottawa adds. If you look at Ceci's under-lying statistics he isn't as good as everyone thinks he is.

2.) 10 Feb 2016 19:36:50
Oil drop. nice redundant post. Before i dissect the trade prop please explain to mewhy you think the blues would take Justin Schultz. He is god awful.

3.) 10 Feb 2016 20:45:44
I agree with Russiantank for once.

4.) 10 Feb 2016 21:17:17
im not defending schultz or anything. but who is playing with him? and who is behind him. their dcore is awful (including schultz) and i do think schultz would be able to produce better with say petro, but i think shatts is worth more, eberle hasn't been producing as well as a few years ago and schultz is still a wildcard.

5.) 10 Feb 2016 21:25:25
First one is brutal for the oilers, second one i can't imagine the blues like. Maybe if Shattenkirk had no more years and wasn't going to sign.

6.) 11 Feb 2016 20:24:35
Blues want a center bigger and better than rnh to male their #1 in the future. That's draistail not eberle not rnh. Blues are not going to take one way wingers or soft centers. FYI schultz is not a wild card. Great players make those around them better not the other way around elite players make the entire team better schultz is non of the above.

7.) 21 Feb 2016 21:01:57
If the sens could maybe give up Ceci and maybe a 2nd for nugent Hopkins I'd be happy, chabot could replace Ceci next year I'd say or send chabot over and keep ceci. Unless they do like a first and weircoch.

TOR: Mark Pysyk, Marcus Foligno, 2nd
BUF: Jonathan Bernier, Mikhail Grabner.

OILDROP

1.) 23 Nov 2015 17:46:31
tor would take that and run and buffalo would fire the gm.

2.) 23 Nov 2015 18:29:54
Dreams are nice.

21 Nov 2015 19:23:14
NJ: Brayden Schenn
PHI: Damon Severson, 2nd, 3rd or 4th.

OILDROP

1.) 21 Nov 2015 20:38:45
I think you'd have to add on to Schenn to get Severson. Severson is very under-rated and has some great potential. Schenn hasn't gotten to the level people would have thought at this point.

20 Nov 2015 17:01:51
MIN: Matt Duchene
COL: Jonas Brodin, 1st

Wild get young top line centre
Avs get young top 4 dman and decent 1st

MIN: Travis Hamonic
NYI: Marco Scandella, Mike Rielly, 2nd

Wild get top 4 dman
Isles get top 6 dman, future top 4 dman, and decent pick.

OILDROP

1.) 21 Nov 2015 01:29:43
1st is a good trade and the wild would consider it, but the second one is AWFUL. The value might be there but why would Minnesota give up two guys who in imo are just as good or will be as good as him. Don't think the wild are just throwing away their younger guys.

2.) 21 Nov 2015 01:35:02
Would it work for salary cap?

3.) 21 Nov 2015 09:30:14
No need to add a 1st on Brodin. Legit top pair defenseman.

4.) 21 Nov 2015 11:58:09
Something needs to be added with Brodin in a Duchane for Bridon straight up deal, mayybe not a 1st but a 2nd at least. Duchance more valuable straight up to Brodin especially with how Duchane is playing at the moment.

5.) 21 Nov 2015 18:00:35
lol brodin is no legit top pair defenceman right now. as said above, duchene is worth a bit more than him.

19 Nov 2015 20:09:30
Damn the Oilers are not getting rewarded for the way there playing. They outshoot their oppenents most nights and have had 7 1 goal loses in the last 3 weeks. I think it all comes down to goaltending. Talbot was given the chance to be the starter and run with it but he's played terrible. Nilsson to is playin alright but last night, other then a couple great saves he wasn't up to par. I don't know what they can do.

OILDROP

1.) 20 Nov 2015 01:53:03
It all comes down to needing to improve the D. Still.

2.) 19 Nov 2015 23:15:44
Wait*****.

So as of right now the Oilers sit yield for dead last in the NHL. So with there disappointing start to the year is there team from last year better.

2013-2014 Oilers record after 21 games 4-15-2

Lineup
Hall-RNH-Eberle
Perron-Gagner-Yakupov
Smyth-Arcobello-Hemsky
Gazdic-Gordon-Joensuu

Petry-Schultz
Smid-Ference
Schultz-Larsen

Dubnyk-Labarbra

2014-2015 Oilers record after 21 games 6-13-2

Hall-RNH-Eberle
Perron-Draisatil-Yakupov
Pouliot-Arcobello-Purcell
Hendricks-Gordon-Joensuu

Petry-Schultz
Nikitan-Fayne
Ference-Aulie

Scrivens-Fasth

On paper yes this years edition of the Edmonton Oilers is a better team than a year ago but there is still no effort in there play. Even though this years Oilers team looks better on paper than last years they still have similar records. So I'll leave the question to you guys witch team was better

OILDROP

1.) This year's is better, but they're still the closest thing the league has to an AHL team. Heck, they have the same record as Buffalo, one more GP/Loss than Columbus, and Carolina is doing better than them.

hey Draisatal94 what happened with the redraft

OILDROP

1.) 09 Oct 2014 16:15:59
You just have to check regularly and look when you're on the clock. Same with the others.

2.) This may be a bit late in the game, but there is an option to have message notifications sent to your email when someone posts a message.

may be a good option for keeping up with what's going on.

3.) Well I get a notification on my phone.
