Trades the leafs can make to create this so called culture change what they need to aquire are players that play with grit and fight. I feel like we need to keep on adding young pieces As well.

buddy that phaneuf trade makes everything you say unbelievable. that trade ruins it all. your asking for a 2nd, a top 4 D and Hertl who has 1st line potential. that's a huge over payment for phaneuf. personally I think he could fetch hertl for sure but that's way to much, anaheim won't want lupul back. and won't trade a 2nd+cap dump for him, bozak can fetch more as well, you are getting rid of a lot of leadership i.e robidas, polak, lupul. how will you replace that for such a young line up?

Kessel to the Islanders makes too much sense not to happen, Snow lost vanik last year he is still hungry for a eleite winger.
