This trade is good value but I don't think the Leafs would do that trade Because They love Reily way too much!
Kadri is rounding into a good 2way player himself. It's hard to compare potential to production so who knows.

If Draisaitl is going to be in the future what Kadri is today (and that would be above expectations) then you are trading Marincin, Pit 1st, Edm 2nd for Reilly which isn't enough. Consider the leafs are in a long rebuild and have Reilly projected to be a considerable component moving forward his value to the Leafs is worth considerably more then the EDM offer.
Just my opinion but Kadri alone should fetch - Marincin, Pit 1st, Edm 2nd (and Draisaitl is no where near worth Reilly.

^kadri alone for Marincin, a 1st and a 2nd? Wow keep dreaming bud. Maybe just the 2nd. And Draisaitl will likely be much better than kadri.

Ya I figured Draisaitl was an upgrade over Kadri. He and Marincin would be nice peices in a rebuild although Reilly would be a lot better but your getting 4 pieces for a rebuild not one.

This isn't too far off, but too steep for the oilers. If you consider Draisaitl for Reilly player for player. Both are very strong prospect, but Reilly is not a fair return. A deal like Reilly and Leafs first round pick from Nashville is close, but No from the oilers as they don't get quite enough back.
Marincin is a great prospect who will be better then Kadri ever will be in a couple years, but Kadri is a solid Dman that is ready now while the oilers develop Nurse and Klefbom. The fact that Kadri is ready today make him worth slightly overpaying for.
