Laich, Green get new start greenie close to home, I think adding the picks make it sorta fair what do we need to add on? Comment plz

From the sounds of it Laich is basically a cap dump so he'll probably have very little value if any at all,Green is a UFA so likely a 3rd round pick in value and probably a later 1st round pick. Oilers pass. What about Alzner and Wilson/Grubauer for Eberle? Picks added on either side.

I would not add a single thing to Alzner for Eberle. In fact, based on what Oiler fans think he's worth, I'm not interested in Eberle at all.

Name a single defenseman on Edm roster better than Karl Alzner at playing Defense. Eberle makes more than 2X Alzners salary alone. Only Oiler fans think Eberle>>>Alzner. Eberle is a small, 25G 35A, poor defensively, definite top-6 fwd. He's a decent notch above Sam Gagner (who was traded out of Edm for practically nothing) with the same flaws. Scoring goals is nice but if the other team scores more you still lose, I'll keep Alzner all day every day.

If I'm the oilers I'm asking for bowey a 1st and 2n Rd 2015 for Eberle. Alzner is way overrated in my mind, he personnifies the caps good but not great. good 2way defenseman who can log minutes, bouwmeester like, blues and caps= Overrated and underachievers

Yeah the Caps wish they overachieved like the Habs in the playoffs. When will they be presenting Mtl with the Cup again? You won 50 games in the regular season and almost couldn't get it done against a guy with a cartoon nickname. I guess you better hope Price never ever misses any time or you'll be in the lottery.
