Breakdown:
Do you think Nj can make the playoffs next 3/4 years? No, so I think they should rebuild and send Schneider West and get a nice building block in Draisaitl and a nice pick in a deep draft. Schneider is one of most underated goalies.
GP 69 ' GAA 2.26 ' Sv % .925 ' SO 5 ' on a bad devils team this year. Would give the oilers a nice goalie for the next 10 years.

Schneider fetched the 9th overall. Now you want to try and get a 3rd overall player for him? Even if Schneider and Driasitl are equal, what point is it for Edm to trade a 1st and Nikitin for a 2nd?? Only one year left for him, they don't need to give away a valuable first just to cap dump him away right now.
