St. Louis doesn't need Malkin. And they especially don't need to give up Schwartz in the process.

Berglund & Oshie´s contracts will expire in two years and then they might be gone or too expensive for the Pens to keep. Guess when they trade Malkin they are looking for young RFA-players or players who are looked up long-term (>3 years). There will be too many forwards leaving the team the next two years.
