With all due respect thunderbird, that's a crazy proposal. Sabres are never going to trade away a potential franchise player, and Eichel is going to Buffalo come hell or high water. And Toronto, being in a serious rebuild are in the hunt for more draft picks, not less. I don't care about Kadri, nor Lupul, but giving away three first rounders is not in the Leafs' plans.

I love Eichel, think he will be a great player but he's not going to be that much better then Strome/Marner whoever would go 4th overall. Big overpayment for moving up 2 spots. Also good chance the 2016 1st is a top 10 pick.

That is a big package, but I think Murray would rather have Eichel.
