Problem is, I don't think Draisaitl is a ''playmaker'' type of centre.
And Draisaitl has proved NOTHING so far.
Seth Jones has proven he can be a reliable top 2 defenceman.

edmonton adds on this. Drais failed to prove anything at the nhl level last year, while jones has shown the promise of being a top pair guy. Draisaitl is a very solid prospect but Nashville has all the leverage in this trade so it would take at least edmontons first + in my opinion to make it happen.

Leon didn't prove anything becasue he was still 18 in a lolly run situation in Edm at the time, then went on to dominate in the CHL. Edm wouldn't do it if they demanded the first as they value Leon almost just as much as Preds value Jones. Adding a 2nd to Leon is fair Value for Jones straight up, If anyhting Edm sweetens a little bit with a D propsect in Musil or Garnet if they want.

technically speaking he's right though, jones is no longer a prospect, so holds zero value as a prospect by the definition of the term :)
