Canadiens get a younger player who wants the opportunity to play top 6 minutes, versatile and can play C or W.

Jets can try Drouin as their 2C and reunite him with Ehlers from their Q days.

Cap situation might not work but that could be figure out afterwards especially with no Buff at the moment.

On paper it looks like a good trade but do the Jets need or want a player that costs $4.5 mil more than Roslovic. I don't think the Jets could afford him.
