Rangers can eat 2 million. Winnipeg has almost 6 million cap space so can easily afford this.

Vesalainen at 21 and struggling in AHL is hovering around bust territory. They must be thinking about trading him by now because he’s no good and won’t make Jets team.

Vesalainen is a bust. Staal at under 3 mill for a top 4 defenseman is a good deal. And Fast is a very good player as well. Ves is the bust. He is worthless.

Ves is 20 years old and in his 1st year playing for the Moose where he is just learning to play an NHL style of game. This trade is absolute garbage for the Jets.

marc staal is bad and jesper fast is a third line winger and u think the jets r going to trade a guy that was ranked a top 15 prospect last year and a first lol
