Florida is looking to make a shakeup and Tampa is in a tough situation cap wise.

Florida: Alexsander Barkov ( 5.5mil for 2 years then UFA )

Tampa Bay: Anthony Cirelli, Mikeal Sergechev, Yanni Gourde ( cap dump
Especially considering a flat cap ) and 1st 2021

Tampa- Adds another superstar to the lineup and puts them in a better cap situation. IMO Sergachev while very good isn't a huge loss to Tampa due to McDonagh and Hedman.

Florida- Barkov is a UFA In 2 years and I know some fans are stressing weather or not he'll resign. Anthony Cirelli is looking like a future Selke nominee and would step into the 1C position. Sergechev would step in beside Eklblad on the top pairing. Gourde adds solid although expensive depth.

Barkov is worth more.

In that case why not

Ott : White, Tychonic

Tbl : Sergachev

Does pretty much the same and saves Tampa money longer term right? Sergachev also fits Ottawa's rebuild and they can afford Sergachev easier than Tampa can.

Barkov won't be the guy they move.

Comparable to what we had with Laine the other day.
TB doesn't do that. Not saying FLA definitely should, but TB doesn't, imo.

“Florida is looking to make a shakeup. ”
Why are you lying?
No team is making a “shakeup”, you stupid idiot.
And that trade is beyond garbage for Florida.
Trade their best player, a steady consideration for the Selke, for a trio of bottom sixers? Some of them are good, no argument there, but nowhere near the value.
Wtf are you thinking?

It’s been reported by multiple top analysts that the Panthers are looking to make major moves this offseason and obviously you’re not a true hockey fan if you don’t know that because it was all over Twitter. I think Eliot Friedman know a lot more then you Chirp. Does that mean they’ll trade Barkov? Almost certainly not but Barkov is a UFA in two years and could walk. Calling Cirelli a bottom sixer is a joke as he’d be the 3rd best player on the oilers and makes RNH look like an AHLer. Like I said he’ll win a Selke and could be as good as Bergeron in a couple years. In the likely case you have a mental disability I apologize for being rude.
