That would be a good offer, but not something that the Jets need to do. They're better of using assets to try an acquire a top pairing RHD, not a 3rd 1C.

Winnipeg doesn't have anywhere near the cap space they'd need to take on Eichel. Dubois is younger, gets half the salary and could very well end up the better player too.

LMAO could be better then Eichel. You’re out to lunch. Please watch a few NHL games. I’m a leafs fan and I can still see Eichel is absolutely elite. He’s right up there with Pat Lafontain, Mike Modano, Austin Mathews and Patrick Kane in the challenge to see who is the best player in American history.
