Toronto needs a depth forward, as well as another top 6 and a depth defender.

2 of those 3 can be addressed with Canucks.

Canucks trade Jordie Benn and Jimmy Vesey for
Toronto 4th 2021 and Mikhayev/Engvall

Renidrag - so The Leafs are trading for Vesey who they waived like saying your fired in an everyday job, and also getting Benn who would be the 7th Defenceman on Toronto as well as a UFA after this season for 2 of there best bottom 6 forwards plus a 4th Round Pick also.

Mikheyev and Engvail do not have the same value. You could make a legitimate argument of Mikheyev being a top 5 forward on the oilers.
