Edmonton- Puljujarvi, Neal ( cap dump) and 3rd

Toronto- Tavares ( if he waives ) And 1st

Toronto saves over 5 mil in cap. Edmonton gets a player to battle Nuge for 2C. Edmonton would then need to make a few more deals to fit under the cap.

Islanders- Dobson
