The last couple years teams have been jumping like 10 spots to get into the top 3. I’d say it’s been fairly good. Last place teams know they could easily not get 1st or 2nd pick now.

However, if you finish last. No chance at first. notta! Maybe even 5th at best.? Make teams try at the end. people who still pay 4 or 500 a ticket well in advance will still see a competitive team at least.
