Lol and what else from MTL?

Mtl should hang on to Fleury, he could become better then Theodore.

No thanks from Montreal.

Vegas wouldn't do this Theodore is there best dman and the only one they really use on the powerplay.

Théodore is a valuable 3rd defenseman on most teams. Habs would need to give up more than one asset to acquire him. He could also play on the first pairing with Weber. I think Vegas would do this trade. Question is: can MTL win enough games before trade deadline to get back in the playoff race? If they do, GM would be wise to add a defenseman such as Theodore and player such as Dadonov or Ehlers for the final playoff push. A fully healthy Habs roster coupled with new additions such as Theodore and Dadonov just might surprise a lot of hockey experts and fans out there. I'd give up Ylonen, Fleury, a few 2nd round picks, and Caufield to get those two players.

I sure wouldn't give up those players. what is Dadanov going to do to push this team into the playoffs? Habs aren't making the playoffs this year, it's time we all faced that reality. I'm not sure what he should do to make this team better., definitely need an upgrade on D., trading away Fluery is not the answer.

Theodore would be a good player, however, isn't Vegas looking to add to there D? So why would they trade him.? Jus doesn't make any sense.

Unless GMs want to over pay for assets from the Habs, . I say don't do anything drastic., let's see what the off season has.

Habs owner does not want to see his team miss the playoffs again. Another playoff miss would translate into loss of substantial revenues and profits. Habs earn approx. 2 million dollars in profits per each playoff home game. So, from a business standpoint, Molson will be very disgruntled over his team missing playoffs again. Furthermore, he does not want his GM to pursue a FULL rebuild. So, I'm sure he is pressuring his GM to find ways to buoy up his team now. GM has no choice but to sacrifice a top prospect or two for legit, impactful NHL players who could propel Habs into playoffs.

I wouldn't trade caufield straight up for either dadonov or Theodore.

I could see the sharks propelling their way to the playoffs before the habs do lol.
