The Yotes would probably give their whole roster for Mathews. Probably relocating soon doubt they stay in Arizona much longer so doubt Mathews waives also. A small winger the leafs don’t need already have Johnsson, Nylander and Marner, a 4th dman and 1st for the leafs franchise player? McDavid gets moved before Mathews.

Arizona could not afford Matthews. Also, he would not have to supporting players he has now.

Mathews won't get traded. at least not till maybe the last year of his deal., depending where Leafs are at that point, may be able to get the biggest haul ever at a trade deadline rental possibility.? He will be what? 26 or so?

No from Leafs but not a terrible offer, they’re not moving AM34 lol.
No from Flyers, too much for Gaudreau, Frost and Farabee are going to be a studs and Sanheim is a super underrated Dman.
3rd deal isn’t bad but I don’t think EDM would move Nurse for a winger at this point.
