I’ve heard word that Tampa may try moving Stamkos this off-season. IF Stammer can get his injury history behind him I think he’d be a perfect fit for the jets. I have 2 separate proposals that I think changes the jets roster for the better.

Trade 1 tbay trades Stamkos 8.5M x 4 yrs
Jets trade veselainan and 2020 and
2021 2nd

Trade 2 devils trade severson 4.1666M for I
Think 3 yrs and their
Own 2020 1st
Jets trade laine.

So apart from the fact that the chance TB trades their C is somewhere between 0 and 1 %, you think the best offer they'd get is Vesalainen and a couple 2nds? This has to be comedy, right? :D No one can be THAT stupid. Like even Pinball wouldn't think that's a good trade.

It was supposed to say 2020 1st. And triplets the odds are a lot higher that Stamkos gets shipped. Tbay is about to win the Stanley cup with Stamkos not playing a single shift. They have just over $5M in cap space for next year with lots of guys to resign and Steve’s injury history has been well known. Tyler Johnson isn’t the trade chip they will be able to move and I believe they want to keep cirelli and sergachev.

Its possible that they move him, in order to resign the 2 young stars, however i beleive the return will be a lot higher.

Stamkos has a NO MOVEMENT CLAUSE, so they'll have to figure out next year's cap-hell some other way.
