Gallant would be a much, much better coach for the type of team and young players the Jets have. However Maurice bought himself another year because last season Helly bailed out the Jets and covered for Maurice's poor coaching decisions.

Agree about Gallant. Jets have a young team, young players are eager players. Eager to prove themselves. Gallant plays his young guys. Only way one gets better is to play.
