I'd take that one, KK isn't there yet but he's still young and I like what I've seen from him. He has the potential to be pretty good eventually.

It'd free up over 4 mil in cap space for the Flames too. Flames would have to resign him for next year but should still have a nice chunk of that left aftwards. I don't think the Habs have the cap to make it happen though.

Habs fans are the worst for value no offense lol. Monahan is likely the type of player KK peaks at, but adding Mete and a first doesn’t make sense. Both teams would never trade them, but value wise they’re 1 for 1.

I've been thinking what Johnny Gaudreau needs is to play with a big physical team that can make more room for him. The Sens fit that bill and could really use a playmaker.

Do you think they'd consider making Drake Batherson part of a deal for Gaudreau?
