All these trades heavily favour Flames unless you’re forgetting picks?

Strome for Valimaki is an interesting one but the Flames don't have enough cap space for it.
Can't see the other two happening though.

Retain 50% on Monahan?

@hockeydad I honestly have no idea where the value is at for Hagelin and Girard. So I just did my best guess, maybe overvaluing Monahan and Zadorov a good bit though. However, Valimaki and Strome should have close or exact value.

Imo Girard should have a lot more value, bit of a down year in the playoffs but an excellent offensive dman who can defend decently well. Only doesn't get much love because of Makar-Toews and Byram being the better known name becUse he went 4th overall.

#1 and #2 favor Calgary IMO, but would definitely be good moves for the Flames.
Girard > Monahan because of Age and Term/ Cheaper Contract, so retention/ a pick/ prospect may need to be added by Calgary.
Hagelin > Zadorov because of Term, but if Washington really wants/ needs Zadorov, Hagelin would be a good 3rd/ 4th line option for the Flames.
#3 I'd like Valimaki to be moved, but Dylan Strome doesn't really excite me. Can we package him for a RW Sniper or Draft Pick to get a RW Sniper?

Girard have more value right now than Monahan and Colorado doesn't have enough cap space to acquire Monahan at 6.375 M.
