That just proves the little ____ was lying all along. He said he loved Calgary, his family loved Calgary, loved the fans, etc.

All he had to do was be honest. Not even in public, just with the GM and he would have been traded, possibly a long time ago.

Need to build a Team of Rejects, similar to the Vegas Knights Expansion Draft but with unsigned Free Agents or Trade Tkachuk in a Quebec Nordiques Lindros type deal, maybe to NJD for Bratt++++ to hopefully find our Peter Forsberg

I usually don't mind Treliving, but I'm not impressed with him failing on getting anything in return for Gaudreau and the Signings thus far aren't much to get excited about. Like @tnog said on another forum, Tre should be spinning this saying he has a Plan B in place and is excited to execute it, giving us some hope instead of just leaving us mad & frustrated like this

Did Gaudreau really play Treliving, The Team and Their Fans by pretending to be interested in staying in Calgary when he likely never was or it wasn't his decision, it was his Partner and Family's!?

CGY fans…it sucks losing a key piece for nothing, but it happens with every team at some point. Stay passionate, you’re great hockey fans, but don’t act like the psycho ex-girlfriend. You’re always auditioning for the next free agent who is sizing up your city, or the next Flame who is weighing re-signing long term.
