Canucks are at a point of either sign JTMiller or Trade him, this proposal is only if Vancouver decides they aren't resigning him, Kerfoot and Simmonds are obviously for just this upcoming season, and NRobertson and The 1st Rounder are stocking up for the future, with NRobertson on the bubble of becoming a regular in The NHL.

Leafs are looking for that Top Left Winger to fill out the Top 6, and JTMiller would fit perfectly on Toronto on either Matthews or Tavares's line, Muzzin has to be traded regardless if this proposal happens or not to get under The Cap, Toronto will be trading away some future with NRobertson and a 1st Rounder being shipped out, but worth it imo.

Take out Simmonds + the 7th and I don't mind it

Need to send a Pick to ARI, BUF or ANA to retain 50% of Miller's contract though to fit him in + Sign RFA Sandin

Could swap Holl (if he approves=M-NTC) for Schenn at the same time

1st + Kerfoot@3.5 + Holl@2 + Robertson FOR Miller@5.25 + Schenn@850k.

Pinball, is Robertson the new Bracco? Someone that you guarantee us is a top 6 forward on any team but the Leafs, but will end up not being qualified?

I get the jab's about @Pinball and myself proposing Trades with the same players often, but what are we supposed to do!? Propose Trading our Best Players!?

Teams looking to get Top Picks inevitably have to take a player in return. MTL took back Tyler Pitlick to get a 1st + 2nd Round Prospect Heineman for Toffoli

I guess they also got the 5th Round Pick, so a 1st + Nick Robertson + Alex Kerfoot + 5th/ Simmonds seems about right to me. At least Toffoli had Term whereas JT Miller is a Rental.

Only other thing you could do is counter-propose with more Picks and a 3rd Team to take on Kerfoot and/ or JT Miller's Cap Hit, otherwise TOR can't take him on.

Nick Robertson isn't Bracco. Also leafs don’t want to get rid of him. There’s a good chance he ends up on the Tavares-Nylander line to start the season.

Robertson has Good Potential. Surprised I haven't seen a proposal with DAL to guilt Jason in to signing a Team Friendly deal now that they brought his Brother in.
