Cgy trades 2023 1st, 2nd, Kylington, Valamaki, Lucic

Bos trades Pastrnak

Time for Boston to face facts, they will come out of the gate with key injuries and an old squad and Pastrnak with 1 year left has been public about his frustration re not winning. The 2023 draft is the strongest in recent memory and a good starting point for a rebuild. The Flames have to be sure Pastrnak would resign.

to be lucic and his contract kind of cancels out that likely low first round pick making this deal not as attractive. i understand that money needs to come out to fit pasternaks contract in. maybe there could be a way to add a third team in to take on lucic.

Same one-sided trades for CGY under a new name.

The funniest part was the “face facts” part applying to Boston?.

Fact: it will cost CGY a 1st to shed the Lucic contract.

The point is they are losing pastrnak one way or the other because this season will be lost for Boston. The Lucic is money out to get access to a 1,2 and Kylington.

jitterbug the 1,2 and kylington is the price for pasta you need to add more for boston to take on lucic.

Pastrnak is under contract, and BOS media seem to think he’ll re-sign at some point, so I’m not sure why you think they’ll “lose him”.

Pasta is a big-time scorer, and is a star in this league. IF BOS were to trade him they’d get a major package back for him. The rest of the league would fall all over themselves to outbid each other if he were “available”. ?HomerTrades.

Well, I think you can stick a fork in this proposal. Bruins are doing pretty well at this point, and still waiting on Mcavoy and Marchand.
