Ottawa needs a centre, Canucks seem to be willing to move Horvat.
Canucks send Horvat to Ottawa, in return Canucks receive, Bernard Docker, Zack Ostapchuk, Ben Roger and Austin Wagner(to make cap work)

Way too much for an expiring contract. Right now Vancouver is doing better so I can’t see Ottawa buying until their record improves.

How are the Canucks doing better?
This is a bad mix of players, that can play well for 1 period of hockey.
Without strong goaltending, the team sucks.
