I think Puljujarvi atleast gets a 2nd + bottom 6 roster player. 3rd sounds reasonable for Athanasiou.

What possible reason would ARI trade a draft pick for a player that questions if he’ll even be in the NHL next year, when all ARI wants to do is to is lose as many games as possible to hopefully win the NHL Draft lottery to get Bedard?

In the past three seasons Anderson and Puljujarvi both average 36 points over a full 82 game season. Puljujarvi is 4 years younger and 2.5M cheaper.

@Ebsolutely yeah Puljujarvi is being undervalued, I think he’s worth a 2nd + bottom 6 roster player or late 1st honestly.

Pulijujarvi won’t be qualified this summer he is a 4th liner with potential that’s it.

3rd liner with 2nd line potential IMO. If he can average 30 points on the 3rd line I’d sign him for 2-2.5M.

Right now he’s on pace for 18 points while being -26.

Yeah that’s brutal, he was also on a 45 point pace last season. I think he can play the style of a third liner and he has enough skill to do it. He’s also solid defensively. I think if he can build some chemistry on the 3rd line and get solid minutes he’ll be a player.
