With the Jets playing well, they aren't going to trade a top 4 RHD and downgrade their defense for a bottom six upgrade. Teams in a playoff spot, don't make trades like that.

Garland would be nice, but the deal would need to be futures only and not involve a 1st round pick. He's not worth moving a 1st for and isn't worth a 1st and a top 4 RHD.

@memarcusjoe, yeah idk i really like Garland. Plays the right way and brings it every shift. Would love to see him and Blake Coleman on a line together.

@Casual, yeah I agree. I really like Garland too and think he could fit. It would just have to be the right deal though. I can't see the Jets sacrificing anyone off of the current roster though.

I would do a prospect that isn't McGroarty or Salomonsson and a 2nd. No first round pick. It's probably not enough, but that would be about it.
