You're not going to be able to dump Anderson and Dvorak without paying to do so and it won't be to Winnipeg.

Puck Pedia's dump calculator puts dumping Anderson at the 13 OA pick and Dvorak at 35 OA. So, keep adding you don't have enough to dump either.

not sure i am sold on a guy who is already wanting out of a place he got drafted (Lindros relation? ) . plus the second trade is an overpay.

The Jets have enough bottom pairing d-men and 4/ 5th line forwards of their own. The Jets would want less poor offered quantity of players and would want one top level player for Ehlers and McG.

This trade in particular looks more like a MTL salary dump. With Dvorak and Anderson included.
Maybe do a Barron & Beck for McGoarty.
But I don’t See MTL doing any of this.
McGoarty’s style would look good in Habs top six tho.
