I’ve been paying close attention to Anton Lundell, and I believe he would be the ideal trade candidate for habs! He’s only making 5mil per for next 4 years!. Florida could then resign Bennett ,ekblad and Marchand,. Habs would have a responsible 23 yr old 2way 2nd line center
Habs send (16 or 17 overall ),( Owen beck or Oliver Kapanen )
To Florida for Lundell
Habs also trade with rangers
MTL sends : (16 or 17 overall) engstrom and struble ( but might have to be matheson)

Doubt FLA moves Lundell. They're very likely to lose Bennett this offseason so they need him as a 2C. If they were to move him, my guess would be that they move him for a better C

I'm saying Bennett likely won't re-sign because he's probably the most attractive center option in free agency, so I'm guessing a lot of teams are willing to put money on the table, which Florida has a limited capacity to do

I bet Bennett stays. They have a chance to go for three and that opportunity doesn't come around often. I won't be shocked at all if some team friendly deals are made to keep them together.
