Ana - Zellweger and Strome

Tor - Reilly, Cowan, Peksa and Kampf and 3rd.

Reilly may waive for a good young up and coming team in sunny California.

The Ducks could use a little more experience on the blue line. Kampf could a decent 4th center and PK guy

The Leafs could use an offensive man. Strome could play 3rd line center.

So I do think Anaheim is a up and coming team, but they need defensive Improvents and I don't think that means Rielly.

This trade would only be doable if the Leads would retain $3 mil a year on declining Reilly's contract.

I’m taking Rielly at his contract over Provonov, Gavrikov, Darnel Nurse and Keandre Miller in a heartbeat. He has value for sure. Still better then those guys.

Rielly is clearly in decline, and he’s not waiving. He and his wife have a new baby.

The leafs have 3 picks left in the upcoming draft, which is going to be a deep draft. Years of mismanagement have left them with holes to fill and no real options to build the current lineup into a winner. It’s time to rebuild again.
