EDM: Perron, Aulie, 1st
SJS: Pavelski

Pavelski's natural position is center. He had 22 more points (79) than Perron last year (57) and doesn't have an injury history like Perron. Pavelski is slightly older (just turned 30)
but could play top centerman over RNH with his production. Edmonton is loaded on the wings, but lack a 2C. If it's not believeable say why.

Absolutely horrible underpayment for Pavelski.

He is so underrated and showed why when he scored 40 goals.

That gets the phone hung up on you

Perron is a top 6 FW, Aulie maybe a future bottem pairing guy and the 1st will more then likely be a top 10 in a strong draft class.

I know San Jose wants to win now but I could see them accepting it

so jf12 what do you think pavelski is worth, hall + rnh? i'm not a fan of either team and I think that's a good return for pavelski, perron plyas the same style and isn't a huge downgrade at all. not to mention the 1st that will probably be a good pick again.

This is hilarious. 2 days ago I posted Pavelski for Perron, Marincin, and a 1st and everyone blew up saying THAT was an overpayment for him. I think there's just too many whacked out oiler fans here

Pavelski & Sharp are my 2 favorite players because of what they bring to the table. They play all forward positions, PP & PK. However, a 1st round pick from the oilers is huge, let alone a good forward and decent d man. The sharks win his deal in my opinion.

Funny how it's just already set in stone that EDM will finish well out of the playoffs again.
Remember the Bobby Ryan trade? A soon to be top 6 forward, a potential top 6 forward, and a 1st (10th) overall for Ryan who IMO is nowhere near Pavelski's all around abilities.
