Habs can send Eller, Bournival and 3rd rounder to Hawks for Sharp (who's struggling right now and has a big contract that they will eventually need to dump)

Habs need to send more quality for Eberle, I'd think Gallagher and/or Fucale would have to be included.

And that definitely doesn't get you 2nd overall.
