I honestly wouldn't be upset with Methot being taken. If you look at possession numbers he drags Karlsson down. I'd prefer Claesson or Chabot play with Karlsson.

Method is a shutdown defenceman that play's with grit. I'd be mad if we traded or gave him up in expansion.

With the way Methot played, they won't lose him in the expansion draft nor trade him for scraps. They'll work a deal with Vegas incase they need to expose him so they won't take him.
